Mindanao Precast Structures Inc. was established in 2008. It was born out of the need to bring progressive development in the construction industry of the most promising region in the country.
Even in its relatively short period of existence, MPSI manifested a steady growth and developed a strong foundation of trust among its clients.
With extensive research on fabricated components and its construction processes, MPSI will continue to be dedicated in providing cost-efficient and effective construction solutions in Mindanao.

A 100.0m length x 2.0m high fence can be installed in 10 days, given normal weather conditions.
Yes, Definitely! Our precast system allows you to dismantle the components unlike (CHB) or concrete hollow blocks that needs to be demolished. This gives you the freedom to recycle your existing components and save on your investment.
Yes, All you have to do is attend our orientation and during installation, one of our representatives will help you supervise to ensure proper installation.
